DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Green Rain ships from Italy.

The amount of applicable duty for international orders will vary depending on your country and its customs regulations.  Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

Duties are the client’s responsibility.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We have a 14-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return. 

To request an exchange or return, please email us at info@greenrainnapoli.com.
We cannot accommodate exchanges or returns for Green Rain items purchased from other pop-ups or retailers.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Customised and made to order products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return shipping costs and duties are the client’s responsibility.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@greenrainnapoli.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.

GENERAL ITEM CARE

Keep all our products safe from perfumes, deodorants, and other chemicals to preserve their quality.

Always store our products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
For our wax cotton garments, dry clean the lining only.
For our wax cotton garments, do not iron or expose to heat.
Dry clean all of our other garments only.
